Indomitus Crusade — Founding Decree

Upon his resurrection, Primarch Roboute Guilliman assessed the state of the Imperium and found it wanting. The Founding Decree of the Indomitus Crusade established the framework for a galaxy-spanning counter-offensive against the forces of Chaos that had emerged through the Great Rift.

The decree authorized the deployment of the Primaris Space Marines and established Crusade fleets that would push back the darkness across every segmentum.
