Unlike many Inquisitors who operate through networks of agents and proxy forces, Rex is a frontline combatant who personally leads his forces into battle against the most dangerous enemies the warp can produce, wearing artificer power armour that rivals the protection afforded to Space Marine Chapter Masters and wielding the legendary force sword Arias Daemonbane — a weapon whose provenance stretches back to the earliest days of the Ordo Malleus and which has banished countless daemons back to the warp over the millennia.
