Armiger Helverin
Light Sentinel of Twin Autocannons
The Armiger Helverin is the long-range fire-support sibling of the Warglaive, replacing close-assault weaponry with a pair of arm-mounted Armiger autocannons that deliver sustained anti-armour and anti-aircraft fire. Where the Warglaive races into melee, the Helverin holds back, raining down volleys of high-velocity rounds against any target — from light vehicles to flyers to the hides of monstrous creatures. Its loadout is purely ranged, optimised for stand-off engagements and target denial. Helverin pilots are squires of a more contemplative bent, those whose temperament suits patient observation rather than the wild chivalric charge favoured by Warglaive riders. The autocannons' rate of fire allows the Helverin to suppress enemy aircraft, denying air support to opposing forces while the heavier Knights advance below. Twin Helverin lances are common in [[forge-worlds]] auxiliary deployments, where their sustained-fire profile complements the slower, harder-hitting Knights of the noble houses they serve.

Tactical Role
The Helverin provides mobile fire-support, screening larger Knights against air and light-armour threats while delivering sustained anti-armour volleys at medium-to-long range. Its high mobility allows it to reposition between firing positions to avoid counter-battery fire.
